       本项目以研发陶瓷基-金属复合材料为基础,融合相变冷却技术,制成《陶瓷导体电阻》,开发出《电阻复合相变取热器》;使其与《微槽群复合相变冷却装置》有效集成,成功研发出具有完全自主知识产权并处于国际领先水平的《陶瓷导体电阻及集成冷却装置》,使制约新一代智能功率模组换流阀技术瓶颈得到解决,为提高未来(超)特高压输变电设备的智能化水平,推动特种陶瓷新材料在电网智能装备制造水平、能源传输和利用方式的跨越式发展。
