技术需求: 该成果针对我国糖业废水和CO2排放量大、产品含硫高、附加值低、糖料中活性物质没充分利用等关键共性问题,发明了采用甘蔗多酚、中性糖以及黄酮类活性成分与蔗糖共结晶制备低升糖指数(LowGI)蔗糖的新方法、低浓度CO2强制饱充生产精制糖的新技术以及蔗糖钙耦合色素富集及树脂复苏技术、超声强化多级膜分离制备食用安全焦糖色素技术等具有自主知识产权的高值化糖品绿色加工关键技术,开发了出低升糖指数活性蔗糖、低硫蔗糖及食用安全焦糖色素等高附加值新产品,减少CO2排放70%。该成果获中国专利优秀奖及广东省技术发明一等奖
In Chinese sugar industry, many common and key problems remain to be resolved, like large-scale emissions from wastewater and CO2, high sulfur content in sugar, low value-added sugar products, failure to make full use of active substances in sugar crops. To solve the problems, four key technologies were researched and developed, like a new method of preparing low glycemic index (Low GI) sugar through the co-crystallization of sugar with cane poly-phenol, neutral sugars or flavonoids, a new technology of producing refine sugar through a forcing carbonation using low-concentration CO2, a new resin-reviving technology by coupling resin regeneration using calcium saccharate and pigments separation, and a new technology of producing safely edible ceramic pigments using ultrasonic enhanced multi-step membrane separation. The achievement includes 25 patents and 73 papers indexed by SCI database. The scientific achievement has won Chinese Patent Award of Excellence, and Guangdong Province Technological Invention Prize.
